We Empower Future Changemakers
Green Bricks involves B.C. youth in sustainable land use and development through science-based, curriculum-linked outreach programs. These programs are offered free of charge to various elementary and secondary classrooms across our province. We reach classrooms live, both virtually and in-class.

What We’re Learning
As we develop workshops for B.C. classrooms and students, we ensure program content is curriculum connected to B.C.’s new curriculum standards, and science-based, and hands-on using regional examples and solutions. Workshops are offered to school districts across the province depending on our funding partners.

In this science workshop students learn about sustainable energy in our lives.
The students really enjoyed building the cars and thinking about how they worked. It was a great and simple way to demonstrate an alternate source of energy
The kids were actively engaged throughout the entire presentation and had opportunities to complete some hands-on activities.
These were both excellent workshops and the presenters were fantastic. I would definitely bring them into my classroom again
Tons of information, great pacing, local connections, hands-on experimentation and learning, super energy from the presenter.
The presenter had a wonderful personal enthusiastic, sciencey way with the students.
